5 minute chocolate mug cake

4 TBS self rising flour2 TBS granulated sugar2 TBS cocoa powder1/4 cup egg substitute1 tsp vanilla extract1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to large coffee mug, and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in milk and vanilla and mix well.
Put mug in microwave and cook 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug--don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little, tip it out onto a plate, and enjoy portion-controlled, warm, delicious chocolate cake! :)
