SCD Grape Juice Gelatine

Ingredients
- 1 packet Knox Original Unflavored Gelatine- 2 cups Welch's 100% Grape Juice- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

- Pour 1 cup grape juice COLD into a bowl/tupperware while also heating up the other cup of grape juice and bringing to a boil.
- Sprinkle gelatine over cold juice and let stand for 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup of heated juice and stir for 5 minutes until gelatine is totally dissolved.
- Stir in honey if you'd like.
- Put in fridge until it's cold and firm!

    Got a lot of grape juice from the food bank. I like that you don't need to add sweetener to it. My brother suggested some vodka, but I think I'll leave the healthy shooters to him :)

    Made without honey... good deal and only 85 calories that way. Want to try with a cranberry blend (100% juice) or maybe other juices. - 7/16/12
