Red Potato Salad (reduced fat)

Ingredients
2lbs red potatoes1/2C mayonnaise1/2C light sour cream1.5C diced celery1C diced dill pickles1C diced cucumber1T yellow mustardblack pepper & paprika to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until just done, about 20 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into bite-sized cubes (skin on). Put potatoes into refrigerator or freezer to cool. Mix all other ingredients together and mix with potatoes. Chill until ready to serve.
Makes about 8 1-cup servings
