Basic Black Bean Kebab

Ingredients
Directions
1 Large Tortilla (I use La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low-Carb/Low-Fat variety)1/2 cup Black beans (I usually use canned)3/4 cup of cooked couscous
1)Cook couscous according to directions
2)While it is sitting heat up black beans and tortilla in microwave for about 30 seconds each (just enough to make warm)
3)Put couscous followed by black beans, and anything else you desire in the tortilla and roll up burrito style.
4)put toothpick through the center to hold together
5) Enjoy
*to take one to work, just cook the couscous ahead of time, roll up ingredients, and heat in the microwave at work or school
