CrockPot* Rice and MeatBalls

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tbsp White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cupParkay, Original Stick Margarine, 2 Tbspwater, 3.5 cup Green Beans (snap), 2 cup Baby Carrots, raw, 20 medium *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 package
Directions
Combine chopped onions, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning with meat and form into 1 inch meatballs.
Brown in olive oil.
In CrockPot*, combine rice, water, onion soup mix, beans and carrots. Top with browned meatballs. Cook on high for 6 hours or until rice is and vegetables are tender.
