Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packedApplesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Zucchini, 1 cup, mashed Egg, fresh, 1 large Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Soak oatmeal in milk for about an hour. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork until just moistened. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, coat muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide batter equally into muffin tin and bake 25-30 min.
