Roast chicken breasts

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed 1/8 c. Parsley2 tsp. minced garlic1 TB Olive Oil1 TB fresh Rosemary1 Tsp Thyme, fresh, 1 TB Lemon Juice1/2 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Pepper, black
Directions
Mix the lemon juice, herbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil together.
Place chicken breasts in a small baking dish. Brush the chicken with the oil and herb mixture and bake at 320 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until done. Baste every 15 minutes and turn once. Makes 2 servings.
