About 16 ounces Pork Tenderloin chops, (4 chops)1 tsp Chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Cumin seed, 1/4 tsp Garlic, minced, 1/4 Tbsp Cilantro, dried,dash Pepper, black1/2 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
Rinse and dry chops.
In small bowl, mix spices and garlic. Add olive oil and mix well. Should be like a dry paste.
Rub each chop on both sides. Let chops sit, refrigerated, for at least 45 min.
Place chops in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min (more or less depending on the thickness of your chops.
Serve alone or with applesauce
