Zuchinni Bread

Ingredients
2 C zuchinni chopped1 C apple butter2 1/3 C Whole Wheat Flour1 3/4 C Sugar2 eggs1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt3 tsp Vanilla 1 C chopped Walnuts
Directions
put chopped zuchinni(no need to peel or seed), and apple butter in blender. Blend until about 3 Cups.

add mixture to bowl with all other ingredients except walnuts and blend. stir in walnuts. Put in two well greased bread pans and back at 350 for 55-65 min.


makes 2 loaves abt 12 slices each
