1 lb -Ground Turkey Breast1/2 c chopped onion1 T- prepared yellow mustard3 T- Chili Powder8 oz- Tomato sauce (no salt)6 oz- Tomato juice1/3 c- Bulgur wheat (dry)
In 10" skiller, cook meat and onion until brown. Drain in needed. Spray pan with pam if needed. Stir in mustard & chili powder. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, tomato juice, raw shredded carrot and dry bulger wheat. Bring mixture to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve: spoon mixture onto buns. Enjoy! Yield: 6 servings. 1/2 cup per serving.
