Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 2 oz (remove)Bologna, turkey, 1 oz (remove)
Directions
Cook egg until almost done and flip it. Add cheese and the rest of the ingredient. Flip omelet in half to cover ingredient and serve hot! Yummmmm
