Tomato Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients
Chop: 1.5 cups fresh tomatoes (about 1 large or 2 small tomatoes) 1 cup of swiss chard leaves (3 small or 1.5 large leaves) 1 medium sweet potato (pre-baked and chilled) 1 oz. fresh mozzarella (1/8 of a standard water-packed ball)I like to chop the mozza really small, so it spreads out in the salad, more.Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper, or your favorite no-calorie seasoning mix.
Directions
makes 1 serving--it looks pretty big, and it's a filling lunch, but very low-fat and high in nutrients!
