Mozzarella Tomato Basil Advocado Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes quartered2 tsp garlic minced1 tbsp garlic powder1/4 cup red onion chopped finely1 tbsp olive oil4 leaves fresh basil2 oz. chopped mozzarella {can used crumbled feta as an alternative}1/2 advocado sliced into small pieces.salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl allow to sit for at least 1 hour prior to serving, this allows the flavors to mingle with one another. It is always better the next day!
