Vegetable Curry Soup

Ingredients
1 cup chopped broccoli1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped carrots200g or half a can of chickpeas (drained)1-2 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp curry powder
Directions
makes a single serve

Add all your chopped vegetables to a saucepan with water to about 1cm above. Allow to boil and reduce to a simmer.
Add your chickpeas. Add the cornstarch and curry powder and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
