Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup unbleached flour2 T granulated sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup milk1 T canola oil1 egg1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well.
Measure out the cup of milk into a 2-cup container. Add the egg and stir with a fork to break yolk. Add the oil. Pour into dry ingredients. Mix well. Will be slightly lumpy. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Cook in medium-high skillet. Makes twelve 1/4 cup-batter pancakes. No syrup needed!
