Roast Beef w/ Provolone Hot Pockets

Ingredients
*Deli Sliced Roast Beef, 16 oz **Boar's Head Provolone Cheese, 16 oz *Pepperidge Farm (Puff Pastry), 6 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Open one two sheets of puff pastry.

Fill the sheets of puff pastry with the roast beef, approximately half on each sheet, leaving approximately an inch on all sides.

Top with cheese.

Place a piece of puff pastry on the top and fold the bottom puff pastry up and pinch together with the top piece of pastry to make a giant hot pocket.

Put on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and bake for 30 mins or until the puff pastry puffs and browns.
