3 Bean Chili w/ ground beef & bell peppers (1 cup)

Ingredients
2 cups black, pinto and kidney beans, drained and rinsed12 oz tomato paste28 oz peeled tomatoes in tomato juice (diced)3 cups of ground beef (approx 24 oz)1.5 c green bell pepper (abt .75 of a large one)1 c red bell pepper (abt .5 a large one).5 cup broth1 c yellow hot peppers (abt 1.75 large peppers)3 tsp ea of garlic and chili powder1 tsp each of onion salt and cumin1.75 serrano peppers (abt .25 to .33 cups)
Directions
Precook the beef. Combine all other ingredients in a Dutch oven or other large pot. cook 15 minutes to soften the peppers, and simmer for as long as desired to blend flavors. Makes 14 to 15 1-cup servings.
