Ingredients
1/2 cup Nonfat milk1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries1/4 cup Frozen tropical fruit mix1 tbsp Flax seed meal1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
Put frozen fruit, milk, and honey into the mixer and blend well. To thicken, add ice to thicken. Add Flax meal later and blend again (it is easier to blend if addedt later). Makes about 8oz 1 serving.
