Lo-Carb Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 C. shredded chicken2 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 tbsp Splenda6 tbsp Mayo1 tsp celery seed1/4 c green onions1/2 can smokehouse almonds1/2 c celery
Directions
I used chicken breasts that I baked on low (325 for 45 min) in chicken broth and dried onions. Shred cooled chicken. Add chopped celery, celery seed, chopped green onion(just the white part) and nuts. Combine the Splenda, vinegar, then mix in the mayo. Add mayo mix to chicken mix. If you like more sauce you can double those 3 sauce ingredients. Can be eaten alone on the side or made into sandwich on low carb bread or croissants.
