Nana's Dressing/Marinade

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6 tbsp Apple Cider VinegarJuice of one Lemon2 tsp minced garlic4 tsp spicy deli mustard Sea SaltBlack Pepperpinch of dry italian herb mix
Directions
Combine al ingredients in a jar with lid and shake vigorously. Use as a salad dressing or a marinade.

I use this on chopped salads. I pour in to finished salad. Stir to mix and then put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to let the flavors meld. OOOHHH! Does it smell good when I open it. Enjoy!
