morning muffin

Ingredients
1 box chocolate no pudding added cake mix1 15 oz can of canned pumpkin
Directions
spray 12 cup muffin tin with pam or any fat free spray. Mix ingredients and then
divide batter equally and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 until done .


You can add in raisins or nuts but it drives the calories up
