Tasty Teriyaki Flounder and Veggies over Rice

Ingredients
4 flounder fillets (about 400 grams)0.75 cup Jasmine Scented White Rice3.75 (one pkg) Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetables6 Tbsp Kikkonen Teriyaki Baste and Glaze
Directions
Bake 4 flounder fillets at 400F with a light dusting of pepper and Old Bay seasoning if desired. When nearly cooked, baste with 1 tbsp Kikkonen Teriyaki Baste and Glaze.

Cook rice according to manufacturer's directions.

Microwave one package of Deluxe Stir Fry vegetables with 2 tsp water and 5 Tbsp of Kikkonen Teriyaki Baste and Glaze.

Divide all food evenly onto 3 plates. I made three servings rice, divide evenly. About 1 and 1/4 cups vegetables per plate and 1 and 1/3 flounder fillets.
