Vegetable Soup with Veal

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Veal, cubed for stew (leg and shoulder), separable lean only, raw, 10 oz Brown the veal in the butter in a large soup pot.Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 cup, chopped or sliced Dip the tomatoes in simmering water, then into cold, to easily peel them. Use a food processor to make the tomatoes smooth.Add:Beef Broth, Kitchen Basics - 1 cup, 4 serving (whole box)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onion - Raw, chopped, .50 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.5 package (10 oz) (remove)Lima beans frozen, fordhook, 1 package (10 oz)Cauliflower, plain, 2 cupSalt, 2 tbsp or to tastePepper, black, .50 tbsp banana pepper, raw 4.5" long, 2, chopped small2-4 sprigs of lemon thyme or thymesmall bunch of fresh parsleySimmer for about 2 hours until the veal is very tender and the flavors have combined.
