Alice's chicken salad

Ingredients
3 cups diced cooked chicken1 cup chopped celery1 small apple2 TBLS chopped onion1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese1 tsp skim milk
Directions
Mix chicken, celery, apple, and onion in large mixing bowl. In a blender mix cottage cheese and skim mild. Blend for 2 min on the whip speed. Add to chicken mixture. Pepper to taste. Serve on sandwhich or however you choose!
