Sundried Tomato Muhammara Spread for a Crowd

Ingredients
1 5.8 oz jar Meditteranean Organic sundried tomatoes in olive oil, drained12 ox jar Meditteranean Organic fire roasted ourmet red peppers, with their liquid2 cups bread crumbs3 cups walnuts, raw or toasted16 large whole, peeled garlic cloves2 tsps sea salt3 Tb-1/4 cup fresh lemon juice2 Tb + 2 tsps dark agave1 Tb + 1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1/2 tsp cayenne1 Tb Berbere (Ethiopian roasted, ground spice mix)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor & puree to a smooth consistency, scraping down occasionally to make sure all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Makes 5 1/4 cups or 42 2Tb servings.
