Barbara’s chicken and orzo and olive and lemon recipe

1 tbsp olive oil in bottom of baking pan2lb chicken breasts~6oz orzo (cover bottom of pan)~2tbsp greek seasoningSprinkle juice of one lemon over pan9-10 kalamata olivesCut up 2 lemons in 1/8ths4cups chicken broth Toast sourdough bread!Put in oven at 350 for 45 min (or usually more)

Then put chicken breasts/thighs in (rolled)
Then put in orzo (cover bottom of pan)
Cover breasts with greek seasoning
Sprinkle juice of one lemon over pan
Some kalamata olives
Cut up a couple of lemons in 1/8ths
Put chicken broth in pan
Toast sourdough bread!
