Protein Pancakes (Without the Powder!)

Ingredients
4 oz Fage 0% Yogurt Plain1/2 cup old fashioned oats (not instant)3 egg whites1 tsp vanilladash of cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Directions
Preheat pan to medium-high and coat with non-stick spray (I used Can't Believe It's Not Butter no cal spray). In a blender, combine all ingredients and pulsate to mix.

Spoon onto hot pan and cook for 3 minutes on one side before flipping and cooking about 2 minutes on the other. (Just like normal pancakes).

One serving makes two very large pancakes.

    These are delicious! I love how they have a crepe like consistency! The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is because I can taste a little bit of sour from the yogurt. Will definitely be making frequently! Thanks for the recipe! - 4/6/12
