Basil, 3 tbsp*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .13 cup Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped Cucumber (peeled), .25 cup, pared, chopped Garlic, 6 cloves Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium Thai Chili Sauce, 6 tbsp *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup *Simply Jif Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
