Cookie Cake for One

Ingredients
4 Tbsp white flour1/3 cup of low fat plan yogurt4 Tbsp sugar or perferred sweetener (Note: in my nutritional calculations, I used the equivalent in stevia)1 tsp molasses1/4 tsp of vanilla (or less)1/4 tsp baking sodaI egg (or less, haha...)A bit o' saltChocolate chips seem like an obvious addition, but I haven't included it in the nutritional calculations. Add what you want *carob chips, nuts, etc) and add the calories yourself.
Directions
Cook in a mug in the microwave for 3 minutes (it will expand) or use a toaster oven or normal oven for 15-20 minutes (375 is a good temp). Stick a toothpick in it and if it comes out without goobies, it's done! Let cool, consider sharing and enjoy!
