Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. You'll want a lot of pepper and a little salt Form into 4 patties.

Preheat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Cook the salmon patties over medium heat (watch for over-browning). They'll need to cook about 4 minutes on each side.
