Teriyaki Pork Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground pork 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs (I use whole wheat)1/4 tsp each garlic powder, black pepper and ginger2 Tbsp chopped onion1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp 100% orange juice1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix with your hands. This is really fun to do with the kids! Form into 4-6 patties and barbecue on medium high for 5-10 minutes per side or in the oven on broil about 3" under the element for 5-10 minutes per side.
