Ingredients
3/4 cup skim milk 1 egg 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce2 Tbsp Splenda 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
combine egg milk and applesauce
mix in dry ingredients
brown in a lightly greased frying pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden.
A good indication of when to flip is when the pancakes is really bubbling.
