2 cups sliced cucumbers, 1 tsp salt, .5 cup Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon dill weed dried, glass container, colander
Clean cucumbers. Use food processor or mandolin to slice two cups of thin cucumbers. Put cucumber slices into colander and salt with the one teaspoon of salt. Let cucumbers sit for fifteen minutes to drain excess water. While cucumbers are dehydrating combine vinegar , sugar and dill weed making sure sugar is completely dissolved. Transfer cucumbers to a glass container and then pour vinegar solution on top. Put cucumbers into refrigerator for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving.
