My Spaghetti sauce, chicken or Turkey ground, yellow sqaush, Shirataki noodles ,garlic.
microwave or cook yellow squash how ever you want. Drain Shirataki noodles and put in non stick pan, and dry out a bit add garlic put in yellow squash then add Spaghetti sauce. heat up and eat.
