Italian Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
1 LB Bottom Round2 beef Bullion Cubes2 Tbls Dried oregano1 Tbls parsley1 Tbls dried basil1 Tbls Black pepper3 garlic cloves diced3 Pita breads halvedraw onion
Directions
In a crock pot place beef in about 2 cups of water add bullion cubes , oregano, lack pepper, garlic, basil, parsley. Put crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. or High for about 3. When cooked take two forks and shred the meat inside the crock pot. Place 3 oz of meat in a half pita and top with raw onion. Serve with the juice from the crock pot! MMMM the taste of Chicago!
