Chicken, Walnut, Feta, Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
3 cups lettuce1/4 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup walnuts1/4 cup feta1 medium-large apple1 tbsp KC BBQ Sauce8 oz chicken3 tbsp Light Raspberry Vinaigrette
Directions
Makes 2 servings

Grill chicken on both sides until cooked all the way through. Add .5 tbsp BBQ Sauce to each piece as it finishes grilling.

Combine Salad, cranberries, walnuts, feta in a large bowl and toss.

Once chicken is done, cut into pieces and add to salad. Add salad dressing, toss again, and serve.
