Banana nut muffins

Ingredients
* ENERG Egg replacer, 1 serving (remove) * whole wheat pastry flour, 0.25 cup (remove) * Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove) * Silk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup, 1 serving (remove) * Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients, Add wet ingredients. Combine until just mixed. Add walnuts. Divide into 12 muffins cups. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
