Ingredients
1/4c Almond Meal1.4 t Baking Powder1 EGG White1T Sugar Free SyrupCinnamon, Nutmeg, or BOTH to taste6 Frozen Blueberries (or any type of frozen fruit)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredence in a small bowl, then add wet. Mix with fork just until egg white has been fully distributed. Transfer to a large coffee mug that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and microwave for 1 min 20 seconds.

Top with a small pat of butter (if desired) and Sugar Free Syrup (if desired)
