Ingredients
Half a box of thin wheat spaghetti1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved1/2 medium red onion, sliced1 cup diced zucchini2 tbsps extra virgin olive oilOreganoBasil
Directions
prepare spaghetti noodles as directed by the package, then saute the onion, cherry tomatoes and zucchini until cooked, but zucchini is still slightly crisp. Toss thin spaghetti noodles with sauted veggies and the extra virgin olive oil. Season with Oregano and Basil to taste and serve!
