Parmesan Fries

2 potatoes, wedged4 tbs egg whites1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated3/4 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut potatoes in to half lengthwise. Cut each half in half lengthwise, and cut each quarter in half lengthwise again. You will end up with 16 potato wedges.
Mix parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt. Place mixture in a ziploc bag.
Put the egg whites in a separate ziploc. Put potato wedges in with the egg whites and shake well. Take potatoes out of egg whites an put into parmesan cheese ziploc. Shake well again.
Spray a cookie sheet and lay out potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
