Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
1 Lb. Raw Shrimp ( approx. 45 shrimp)3/4 C. Lime Juice ( use fresh limes) 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Cloves of Garlic- pressed 1 Jalapeno- finely chopped 1 tsp. Cumin- ground1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp. Cilantro- finely chopped
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in non reactive bowl. Add raw shrimp and let marinate for 30 minutes. Thread onto skewers ( approximately 6 per skewer or so). Grill until firm and pink. Brushing with reserved marinade. Serves 4.
Serve with cumin/cilantro rice.
