Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups diced chicken thighs2 cups medium grained white rice2 cups steamed chopped broccoli1 can low fat cream of chicken soup1 can low sodium chicken broth1 cup low fat cheddar or colby cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix chicken, rice, broccoli, soup and broth (salt and pepper) together in large mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish. Put shredded cheddar cheese on top and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
