Fiesta Lime Chicken-Low carb

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless4 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce, medium1/4 cup Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Calorie-Wise DressingLime juice from 1 1/2 limes3/4 cup Borden 2% Milk Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese
1)Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2)Brown chicken on both sides.
3)Add minced garlic cloves.
4)While browning chicken, mix together lime juice, picante sauce and ranch dressing.
5)Pour mixture over chicken and simmer with lid for approximately 10 minutes.
6)Place cheese evenly on chicken and continue to simmer until cheese melted.
Makes 4 servings.
