Italian Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground pork1 Tbsp fennel seeds2 bay leaves, crushed1 Tbsp dried parsley3 cloves garlic, crushed1 tsp hot chili powder1 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup water
Directions
Put spices and garlic in a food processor and pulse until the fennel seeds are coarsely chopped. Add water if neccesary. Add ground pork in small portions and process until the pork is quite a bit more ground, even a bit mushy. Remove from processor and mix with your hands. Shape into patties or meat balls. Great for breakfasts or pasta dishes.
