Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour1 Tablespoon ground ginger2 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 Cup Earth Balance Soy Free Dairy Free Butter1 Cup Sugar1 Egg1/4 Cup Dark Molasses1/3 Cup Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 Cup Sugar & 1 Tab. Cinnamon)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except for Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup of Sugar & 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon). Mix Cinnamon Sugar together in separate bowl and set aside. Once you have mix the other ingredients, roll into 1 inch balls and then roll into Cinnamon Sugar. Then place them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes and then let them cool.
