Ingredients
3/4 lb ground beef3/4 lb pork sausage1 chopped onion1 garlic clove minced2 tbs parsley1 tbs water2 tsp flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
Directions
brown all ingrediants except biscuits.
cool at least 1 hr.
on floured surface pat 10biscuits into 4 inch circles.
add 1/3 c of filling.
pat remaining biscuits into 5 inch rounds
cover meat mixture.
seal edges with water.
press together with fork.
pierce top.
bake 375 12-14 minutes
