Ingredients
2 tbsp of raw coconut - 70 calories per 2 tbsp.1/4 cup Skim Milk - 22.5 calories per 1/4 cup2/3 cup mandarin oranges - 70 calories per 2/3 cup1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple - 70 calories per 1/2 cup8-10 tbsp Cool Whip Lite - 20 calories per 2 tbsp.2/3 cup mini marshmallows - 100 calories per 2/3 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients.

**With the pineapple and mandarin oranges, make sure you strain the juice out of it.

You can usually use less milk - see how the consistency is as you mix.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
