1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt6 ounce container nonfat plain yogurt2/3 cup fat free milk1 cup craisins1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gently fold in yogurt and milk just until moistened. Stir in craisins and orange peel. Fill Pam sprayed or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 410 degrees for 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Yields: 1 dozen.
