Strawberry cheesecake pudding cups

Ingredients
2 tbsp Philadelphia light cream cheese - strawberry1 small box Jell-O sugar-free Cheesecake pudding2 cups fat-free milk1 - 100 calorie pack-Honey Maid Cinnamon Thin Crisps
Directions
Warm the cream cheese slightly - I did 20 seconds at 70% power in the microwave. Crunch up the thin crisps into small pieces and put 1/4 in the bottom of each of 4 small dessert cups.

Pour 2 cups cold milk in a bowl. Add the cheesecake pudding mix. Stir or whisk for two minutes. Add the warmed cream cheese and continue stirring for about another 30 seconds. Immediately pour into the dessert cups.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Ready to eat in as little as 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings, at only 110 calories each!
