3 breasts of chicken boneless and without skin1 tbsp dijon mustardthe juice of a lime (citron)2 tbsp provenza herbs2 cloves of garlic pressed2 sprigs of thymian2 untreated citronssaltpepper
MIx the citron juice, mustard, garlic cloves pressed and the povenza herbs with the olive oil salt and pepper to create a marinade. Leave marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in a ceramic baking dish.
Cook in the oven covered with foil for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking adding a cup of hot water, two sprigs of fresh thymian and the two untreated citrons cut in slices. let reduce in the oven another 15 minutes, or until the chichen is golden and the sauce becomes a little thick.
